I’ve found out many homebuyers search for homes _before_ they get the mortgage. So good news: I’m adding some of the buyer movies (like “foreclosures and fixers”) to the mortgage accounts. This will help you get leads before the realtors do, which puts you higher in the chain so you can give that lead to your preferred realtor partner(s).

Cool, eh? Well, you’ll love it when you see the videos. Market them, they’ll help you drive purchase-money business. It’ll be up later today.

Time: about 20min to set up, then you just forward occasional emails after that.

What to do: go set up Google Alerts, tagged to Craigslist with a keyword of FSBO. Everytime google finds FSBO on craigslist, it will email you..which you then send your movie “Free FSBO Resources” to… if you get clever, you may be able to setup an autoresponder, but that would take some work because responding to Google is pointless, you need to respond to the poster. The goal is to continually monitor craigslist… another way to accomplish the same result is add a feed like this

to your reader, then send those posters your FSBO marketing system movie. You heard it here first! Cool, eh?
