In the coming weeks we’ll be moving this into public beta. To create a digital signature currently most people use PGP, which is better suited to secrecy and encryption, but not as human-friendly as we’ve made our application to be. Our mantra is the software must be incredibly simple, auditable to ensure human acceptance, and contain enough data to be court-enforceable. It must also be 100% web-based, so there are no software issues.
If you’re a mortgage lender, we’ll be working closely with the banks to ensure human acceptance. One exclusive feature we have is allowing the end recipient to specify various types of additional authentication, such as phone, credit card, or voice.
